Biscoff Bread


  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 400 g bread flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 150 g crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • 7 g dried yeast
  • 300 ml milk
  • flaked almonds and milk for finishing


  1. Preheat the oven to op 180°C.
  2. Place all the ingredients except the flaked almonds and milk in a bread machine and put it on the dough setting. Alternatively, knead by hand until you have a smooth dough.
  3. When the machine indicates that the dough is ready, take it out of the tin and knead it a little more on a floured work surface.
  4. Grease a baking tin, put in the dough, scatter the flaked almonds on top, cover with a clean tea towel and leave to rise at room temperature for 75 minutes.
  5. Then bake the bread in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Take the bread out of the oven, brush the top with milk for a soft, shiny crust, Leave on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
