SERVES 6 60 g mixed nuts, eg hazelnuts and almonds 60 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits 20 g butter 4 tbsp sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 4 tbsp vegetable oil 600 g whipping cream 8 g vanilla sugar 50 g icing sugar 100 g ready-made meringues 200 g milk chocolate METHOD Preheat the oven to 175°C.
